All orders received before 2 PM PST will ship same day via distributors prescribe method
Warranty
All Hobbes products are covered against defect under a one year limited warranty dating from
time of sale to the end-user
Returns
All returns are for replacement only. Distributor will call Hobbes for an RMA number. Either the
distributor or the end-user can send the item back to Hobbes referencing said RMA number. Hobbes will send the replacement unit after receiving the defective one
